Shatterkitchen.com processes and ships out most orders within 1 business day. Some orders may need to be made to order which can take up to 5 business days.
When you place an order, we will email your order number. Once your order has been shipped we will again email you with a tracking # which You can tracking the shipping status online. If you have placed and order and did not recieve a order confirmation email, please check your spam filter and trash. If you still do not find the order confirmation email from us after 24 hours, please contact us so we may manually send you one.
Please note that tracking status will take up to 48 hours to update. Due to our fast processing time, many customers have commented that they received their item before the tracking # ever updated. This is especially true for California customers.
Shipping rates are flat and cover all shipping and packaging fees.
We ship out of Southern California so East Coast shipments can take up to 5 business days for transit times. We ship all our packages via USPS Air Mail so the transit times are very fast.
If you are not happy with your order please contact us right away and let us know of the issue.
Shipping damages are covered and will be replaced right away.
If your item is cracked or shattered or defective in any way please notify us right away. DO NOT USE defective items as it can be dangerous.
Please contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Un-used items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days.
We can not take returns on items that have been used.
If you order the wrong size you will have to pay for all return and exchange shipping fees. Please make sure you order the correct size. If you are not sure please don't hesitate to ask us. We are here to help.
All items are covered under a 30 day warranty against normal usage.
